CFRQ Internet Explorer SSL Help

When you visit, the website asks you for a certificate for authentication purposes. If you don't have one, Internet Explorer usually displays an empty "Client Authentication" dialog box. You can simply click OK here to visit the site, but you can also turn this off by going to "Tools>Internet Options...", Selecting the "Security" Tab, and clicking on the "Custom Level..." button. This will display the Security settings dialog:

Scroll down until you see the "Don't prompt for client certificate selection when no certificates or only one certificate exists" setting, and select Enable. After that, IE should no longer show you that empty dialog box!
